My overall experience was excellent, the customer service and the actual treatment itself is just amazing. The ladies at the front desk are very accommodating and Dr Nikta is so professional, caring and pleasant. She made sure I will be satisfied with my treatment and without a doubt, I am a satisfied and happy client. The dental assistant is very caring too, making sure that I am comfortable with the whole treatment. Clinic is huge and tidy. Keep up the good work New Al Shefa Clinic JLT Team!
